Do you know Eadweard? Eadweard Muybridge that is.
The first retrospective exhibition of this murderous (yep, he killed someone) photographer is on display at the Corcoran through July 18th. This fascinating look at animal locomotion as well as America's expansion into the west is something you must see, even if you just stop by for a look at the panorama of 1870's San Francisco.
